The Typical Price for this RV
Typical Price: $91,100
We found 35 new RVs of this make, model, floorplan and model year for sale. We take the middle price at each dealer chain, then the middle of those, so a big chain counts the same as a small one. That gives $91,100, the Typical Price. It is what dealers are asking, not what people paid. For each listing we use the dealer's posted total if it shows one. If fees aren't shown, we add typical fees for its RV class where we have a figure, marked as an estimate. Taxes, title and registration are never included.
We compared 35 listings. In 11, we used the dealer's total. In the rest, we used the advertised price, plus typical fees for the RV class where fees aren't shown and we have a figure.
Typical new 2026 42GD units are advertised 34% below posted MSRP (the maker's sticker price); based on 35 listings at 9 dealer chains, updated Oct 31, 2026.
Half of these listings are priced between $90,300 and $100,220. About 46% are priced at or below the Typical Price. These are asking prices, not sale prices.
We compared this unit using its advertised price of $89,999. We have no dealer total with fees for this unit, so shipping, prep and paperwork fees are not counted.
