Refund policy
The FairHitch Real Price Report is currently free, so there is nothing to refund. If a Report has a mistake of ours (a number that does not match what the dealer's listing showed on the "Listing data as of" date printed on the Report, or a comparison we worked out wrongly), email support@fairhitch.com with the number and the web address of the dealer's page. We fix confirmed mistakes and list them in our corrections log. If we ever charge for Reports again, this page will say so before any charge is made.
